My bass is almost done. All the paint's dry, and almost everything is installed. Except for that stupid nut. It's way too big for my bass, and sanding it down barely affects it.
My dad also broke a really expensive string. HOW DO YOU EVEN BREAK A BASS STRING!?!??!?!!?!!?!???!??!? It's my dad's second time breaking a string; the first time he snapped it by believing the tuner that it was too low (when it was rreeaallyyy tight), and this time he managed to snap off the tape wound part.
After some research, I realized that my strings aren't really muted. They're like halfway between muted and really bright. Yay. Time to get the really bright ones, to REPLACE THE FREAKIN BROKEN ONES!
I can't post pictures yet. It's not complete, so posting pictures would ruin the surprise.
Today, nothing exciting happened. Jason (mi hermano) lost his eBay bid because we came home 2 minutes after the bid had ended. This was because my younger brother had to make my dad ride his broken bike home in the dark.

Today, we were taking family pictures. Some people came up and said "Look at the foreign exchange students!!!". How evil. I then thought of Niklas.
