Good Digital Citizen

I am a citizen of the digital. A good citizen would create blogs like this and put actually useful information on it, or something that people like.

Wait, no. I'm not a citizen of the digital. I'm an immigrant of the digital. An ILLEGAL immigrant of the digital. And I speak español too. I can cook up a pretty good quesadilla in my quesadilla maker.
So Mr. Lawyer, how do I become a citizen?
Really though... do I have to register for the digital? I have a digital watch... Does that make me a citizen? I can make some digital quesadillas too. I'll be a good citizen too, and write blogs about how I can make quesadillas...
