So, today I went on an adventure. First I went to get gas, because without gas you can't really go on any real adventures. So, while I was leaving, some strange lady started stalking me. She was my younger brother's friend's mom, and didn't seem to make eye contact or wave through the mirrors, although she seemed to be the person that might do that. I quickly sped away into the small sketchy neighborhood that contained the natural gas station. There were many families that made this area seem like a downtown type of area, and they constantly blocked my way into the gate that guarded my ticket to a real adventure. So, I quickly left the car, yelled at the people, and while they were frozen in their paths, I made my way into the station. Then a billion little bees flew at me, and I had to stay in the car while the gas got filled into the car.
So, I went on my real adventure this time. See, in the first picture, the keyboard that seems closest to you? Well, it won't produce any sound on its own, and I went to the Best Buy to see if they had any Midi cables to add a bit of life to it. They did, and there were a billion families in the store constantly asking questions about the new iPad or something like that. Some stupid apple product or something. Well, I shoved my way into the music section and looked around. I grabbed the cables after hearing some guy play Metallica in the back, and pulled out my coupons to spend as little money as possible.
The cashier came up. "Are you all set," he looked at the coupon, "Terri? Is that your mom's name?"
I quickly replied. "No, that's my name. It's quite an unfortunate name, and I don't like to mention it that often."
The cashier stood silent ringing up the cables. Hehe, my name isn't Terri, that's my mom's name. But he didn't know. I left the store with a small smile on my face. When I reached the fresh air of the parking lot, a bunch of tourist looking people took out their phones and cameras and even video recording devices and started capturing the hawk that stood on a streetlight. All of the cars were stopped in the parking lot with their windows rolled down, and I had to somehow maneuver around them. Sheesh, how inconsiderate.
Well, eventually I got home and watched The Pianist. It's a brilliant movie. That's all for now.
