Music Style

Well, I've realized that the stuff I like has greatly expanded. I'll probably enjoy some stuff from indie folk to electronica, post rock, ambient, and progressive. Just give me a reason why the artist sounds good and I'll probably give it my attention.

I found a Black Moth Super Rainbow record at some record store in Long Beach. I think I...explored the area a bit to find places with cool stores. They were all closed.
And I did some other stuff, like finding a bit more Canadian music.

So, I'll provide you with a little bit of insight. Instead of being super closed minded and thinking, "Dubstep is da only way to live bro!", think about everything else. People must listen to other styles for a reason, so all you have to do is find that reason. Go on any website that hosts or supports music, choose something random, and decide why someone might like it. The only exception I have for this is rap, although if you find something abnormally poetic in the genre, then feel free to enjoy it too. The main point is to find independent artists who may have a bit of talent that may want your attention. They may actually suck, or be pretty good if you find the particular strong points in the music. Remember to keep an open mind.
